  2. Review the scope

Review function, heat exposure, material and reproduction rights. Safety-critical work is excluded.

  3. Agree on the sample

If an original is needed, agree on condition photos, tracking, shipping costs, and return or disposal in writing.

  4. Approve the quote

Agree on design work, revisions, test fitting, payment and delivery before production starts.

  5. Prototype and test fit

Review fit and finish against the agreed use. Discuss scope changes before further work.

Describe the part and the job it needs to do. This is a review request, not an order.

Requests are open for review. Quotes and production timing are agreed individually.

Frequently asked questions.

What kinds of parts can PRO review?

Nonstructural trim, small covers, clips and organizers are useful places to start. Each design still needs a review of its use, materials and environment.

Which parts are excluded?

The initial service excludes safety-critical components such as brakes, steering, suspension, restraints and pressurized fuel parts.

Do I need permission to reproduce an original?

Yes. We need permission to reproduce a design; sending an original is not proof of those rights.

Does a request count as an order?

No. It opens a private conversation. We confirm feasibility, scope, cost, payment and timing before you commit to a job.

Will my submission stay private?

Your inquiry is private. Project updates, test-fit participation, public credit and marketing are separate choices. We ask for publication permission before sharing identifying details or photos.
